Vera Matisovits is the founder and CEO of GLOBEZERO.AI. Her insight was shaped by years of working across technology, sustainability and industrial operations, where she saw how existing systems slowed progress and created unnecessary barriers for the people responsible for driving change. Over time it became clear that industry is entering a new era. The next real transformation will be the shift toward sustainable industry, supported by intelligent systems that make complexity easy to navigate.
Vera founded GLOBEZERO.AI to answer this moment. She believes that AI marks a tipping point, not because it can do more, but because it can simplify what has become unmanageably complex. Decarbonisation and circular value creation can only scale when people understand their options clearly and feel confident in the decisions they make. Her work is focused on building systems that provide this clarity and support the teams who already carry responsibility for materials, products and operations.
